The Union Minister for Human Resource Development and Communications and Information Technology, Shri Kapil Sibal releasing the U-Sikshak (Facilitate Interactive and Intelligent Learning Environment to Enable Leaner) at the inauguration of the two-day annual event, Electronics & Information Technology Exposition (ELITEX)-2011, in New Delhi on April 04, 2011.
